Construction Products, core regulation in force.

The revised Construction Products Regulation ((EU) 2024/3110) entered into force on 8 January 2026. Declarations of Performance become digital, Global Warming Potential data is mandatory for Annex II categories (a–d), and the DPP Registry launches 19 July 2026. QRRegistry's CPR workspace is pre-wired for the delegated acts as they land through 2029.

Declaration of Performance, plus GWP.

Every construction product covered by a harmonised standard carries a Declaration of Performance. Under 2024/3110 that declaration is machine-readable and published via the DPP, bundled with Global Warming Potential (A1–A3, A4–A5, B1–B7, C1–C4) where Annex II requires it.
